   Batak-Prevala company was established in the year 2006 and partners in it are Roman Ferdinandov and Boyan Angelov. To the present moment, Boyan Angelov had been occupied with insurance mediation - he is an owner of insurance broker company MVM-1, and he has three built sites in Boyana residential area – Sofia. Two of them have been rented out for several years.
    Roman Ferdinandov’s occupation is in the field of trade with fuel and transport activities. He has been occupied in this area since the year 1992, and he has built 4 trade sites (gas stations). Also, he built a new administrative building in the city of Sofia. In the year 2002, he bought “Dunoto” hotel complex, which is located at the Batak dam. He did a basic repairs of the hotel and presently, he manages the hotel complex.    The idea for the construction of the complex had been born during the frequent visits of the region of Batak dam in all seasons. The combination of wonderful nature, excellent conditions for rest, fishing, water sports and skiing, created conditions for taking a decision for the final formation of the hotel complex.
